How to Apply for Funding
We appreciate your interest in applying for a Community Health Grant from the Southeast Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure©.
*Please note we now have a two-step process.
The first step in the application process is completing the Notice of Intent to Apply form. We require this form from all organizations seeking grants, including former grantees and current grantees seeking renewal. The Notice of Intent to Apply is due October 15, 2010. Komen Southeast Wisconsin staff will review your notice for fit with Komen's current funding priorities and requirements. If your project meets these requirements you'll be contacted and asked to submit a full application, due November 12, 2010.
Important Dates:
- Grantee Training (strongly encouraged): September 13, 2010, 8:30-11:30 a.m., RSVP by September 10 to stephmontgomeryloder@gmail.com
- Notice of Intent to Apply due: Friday October 15, 2010, 4:00pm **New this year**
- Full Application due: Friday, November 12, 2010, 4:00pm
