How to Apply for Funding

2012-2013 Grant Application Timeline

The Southeast Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® is now accepting Notices of Intent (NOI) from non-profit organizations that have current or proposed breast health programs within Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, and Waukesha counties.

In order to be considered for Southeast Wisconsin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® 2012-2013 funding, a NOI must be submitted by Friday, October 14, 2011.

The purpose of the NOI is to provide a brief overview of the proposed program prior to submission of a full application. We recognize that at the NOI phase of the application process, some of the program information may be preliminary in nature and subject to modification prior to or at the time of the proposal submission.

 Notice of Intent Deadline:

4:00 pm on Friday, October 14, 2011 

Approved Applicants Notified Friday, October 21st
Grant Writing Workshop

Tuesday, October 25th from 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Applicants are strongly encouraged to attend.

Full Proposal Submission Deadline  4:00 pm on Monday, November 21st
