Turning in Donations and Pledges

There are multiple opportunities to hand in cash or check pledges: 

Go to our  Center to get your PLEDGE FORM.  

BEFORE RACE DAY 

  • Bring cash and check pledges with a completed pledge form with you to any of our pre-race events. (Sept 14-16, 21-22)
  • To facilitate processing cash and check pledges at pre-registration events, log into your personalized headquarters.
  • After entering your user name and password, select the MY PROGRESS button. Then select ENTER GIFTS RECEIVED OFFLINE link and enter the applicable information. 

ON RACE DAY 

  • Bring cash and check pledges, along with a completed pledge form to the Friends for the Cure booth.
  • To facillitate proccessing of cash & Check pledges on Race Day, log into your personalized headquarters.
    After entering your user name and password, select the MY PROGRESS button. Then select ENTER GIFTS RECEIVED OFFLINE link and enter the applicable information.
 

BY MAIL

  • You can also mail checks (no cash please) with a completed pledge form to:

  • To facilitate processing mailed in checks, log into your personalized headquarters. After entering your user name and password, select the MY PROGRESS button. Then select ENTER GIFTS RECEIVED OFFLINE link and enter the applicable information.  
  • All mailed in checks will be entered online increasing your total pledges. It is VERY important to include a completed pledge form when sending in checks.
