Did you know that you can raise money for this year’s Southeast Wisconsin Race for the Cure through Facebook?

Once you download the Race for the Cure Boundless Fundraising™ application, you’ll be able to spread the word and raise money to support Susan G. Komen for the Cure directly through Facebook!

Your application will have a canvas page on Facebook where you can:

• Donate your profile picture to the logo of this year's Race for the Cure, a convenient way to remind all your friends on Facebook that you’re participating and raising money to help support Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
  
• Send a stream story to get the word out and make it easier than ever for your friends to support you with a donation. Your friends can click directly on the status update that you send out through the application to donate to your efforts!
  
• Share your story with other participants of Race for the Cure, and read the stories other participants like you have posted about their own connection to the race.
  
• Monitor your fundraising progress. The application includes a thermometer that keeps track of your fundraising progress and provides an easy way to check your real time fundraising status in Facebook.

Each day that you receive a donation online, the application will send out a news feed to your friends to keep them up to date on your progress, and provide them with a quick link to support you with a donation!
